a. **Listing Accuracy:** Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their equipment listings. EquipmentPatrol.com reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies or better represent the listing.
b. **Legal Rights:** Sellers must have the legal right to sell the items they list on the Website. Any violation of this may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account.
c. **Financing Options and Payments.** Ads may automatically have equipment financing and leasing options presented. These financing options are presented based on approved credit (OAC) and calculated on a term of 60 months for presentation purposes and assumes good credit. Users would need to complete a financing application in order to qualify for displayed financing options. Approved applications may not match presented payment options if the credit profile doesn’t support. Dealers may have their own financing and leasing partners to assist and they are under no obligation to match or use financing options presented in any way.
**4. Buying Equipment**
a. **User Responsibility:** Buyers must carefully review item descriptions, conditions, and terms before making a purchase. All transactions are final, and buyers are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the terms set by sellers.
**5. Payment and Fees**
a. **Transaction Fees:** EquipmentPatrol.com may charge transaction fees for certain services. Users agree to these fees when using our platform. All fees are non-refundable.
**6. Privacy Policy**
a. **Data Collection:** We respect user privacy. By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and share your information.
